The hotel's location was perfect, near Istiklal street and Taxim square. The staff, especially Mr Fettah, was helpful and friendly. The room was quiet with a great view of the British Embassy Garden. The breakfast was delicious and plentiful, and the hammam services and pool were amazing.
Couldn't find any faults at all.

The location of this hotel was amazing. It was right in the heart of the bustling city, just a short walk to the busy streets and the metro station. Being so centrally located made it convenient to explore the area and visit all the places of interest.

The buffet breakfast had a great variety of options and was delicious. The hotel's location was perfect, with easy access to the subway and close to important landmarks. The staff was friendly and provided excellent customer service.
The bed in my room was too soft for my liking. The pool area was a bit small and there were some safety concerns with people using soap and shampoo near the pool.

The location of the hotel is fantastic, right in the center of all the action. It's just a stone's throw away from the bustling market area of Istiklal Street and there are plenty of great pubs nearby. You can easily explore the city center without breaking the bank.
There were some issues with the service provided by the hotel staff. There were instances of bad attitude from the reception staff and difficulties in communicating due to a lack of fluency in English.
